Philosophy
Integrating time tested and proven non-traditional sports conditioning
techniques with the latest technology has unearthed one of the most effective sports
conditioning programs available today. This new and innovative program, called the
"Movementum Sports Enhancement Program."
The
Movementum Sports Enhancement program is unique because it originated from a
multi-disciplined research and development effort that was not originally focused on
sports conditioning. The initial goal was not focused on sports enhancement and therefore
a completely different mindset was originated that did not include the more common sports
training methods. The conditioning efforts researched and tested focused on improving
balance and motor control, lower back and arthritis pain and improving energy levels.
A
few parents of athletes saw the benefits in their own program and they wanted to try it on
their kids. As a result, the emphasis towards core muscle development, muscular balance,
aerobic endurance and flexibility proved to provide major benefits to elite level high
school athletes. The multi-disciplined approach also included aspects focused on mental
conditioning, nutrition and functional enhancement that are not currently addressed in
most high schools and many college programs.
Movementum
Sports Conditioning program provides some of the best results seen to date in improving
core muscular development, muscular balance and flexibility and aerobic performance in
high school and college athletes. The use of technology also provides the ability to
easily and effectively track and monitor on-going progress.
