The Movementum Sports Conditioning program overcomes the limitations of common strength training and sports acceleration programs by focusing on a 5-step process:

Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment - Required to establish a base line measurement to track conditioning improvements.

Step 2: Base Level Training -
Emphasis on creating strong, balanced and flexible large muscle structures to enhance movement and prevent injury.

Step 3: Enhanced Level Training -
 Emphasis is on enhancing overall movement functions typically experienced in a game. Overall core muscle and multiple muscle movements are enhanced to increase overall body control, balance, strength, concentration and improved game performance.


Stage 4: Elite Level Training -
Final conditioning stage to enhance overall body balance, movement and strength while improving speed, agility, coordination, mental preparedness and performance.

Stage 5: Maintenance Training -
Important in maintaining overall conditioning and performance during the season. Emphasizes maintaining current condition while preventing injury. Also, concentration on relieving muscle tightness and soreness from extended play.
